Description

Reporting to Senior Director -CISO, the successful candidate would be responsible for:

- Driving the development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of all information security related activities in the service areas of Technology, Management and Risk Consulting horizontals and promote an alignment with the company's global security strategy.

- Champion the strategy, implement global security services at a local level and improve the security culture of all the practice across offices in Bangalore.

- Lead information security incident response and cyber crisis management and manage issues to closure across all the practices.

- Establish and execute activities that enable behaviours, structures, systems and competencies required for the firm to build a successful operating model.

- Head an in-house team of 3-4 people already at place.

Profile

- Minimum 16 years of relevant work experience.

- Preferably from consulting background.

- Excellent leadership qualities.

- Stakeholder management skills.

- Team management skills.

- Experience working with senior leadership in an organisation.
