Regional Director - B2B Sales - EdTech - South (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a winning strategy for the South India region

- Identify and acquire new business plus retain and grow the existing business

- Build and grow relationships with key companies in the region by being the - trusted advisor- for their learning and development needs

- Represent and articulate the value proposition of products

- Create compelling and quality proposals in sync with the client needs to bring the sale to closure

- Oversee all aspects of on-the-ground delivery at client location in keeping with the highest standards of partners and in collaboration with their respective executive education delivery teams

- Follow through the billing and payment collection with the clients on programs sold

Candidate specifications:

- 10 + years of Business Development experience in B2B. Preferably from Consulting/Learning industry with experience selling L&D programs, custom learning journeys, and online learning programs

- Track record of successful selling and business development in the region at CXO level. Ability to identify new accounts and expand growth across existing accounts

- Meaningful access to Heads of HR and Learning & Development heads at various corporate in the region is a must

- Strong business acumen to assess a potential revenue opportunity

- Strong presentation, oratory skills and pitching skills

- MBA or master's degree from a premiere business school

- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to represent the organization at key public events

- Self-starter with entrepreneurial qualities and ability to work effectively with the team, Partners and Clients at multiple location(s) with minimal supervision. Ability to open & win deals

- You should have experience in growing a portfolio of INR 10+ cr. a year
