Regional Delivery & Placement Head - Education (7-15 yrs)
Will be responsible for Regional Delivery Operations including total inplementation of processes & systems in the delivery vertical
- Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities
- Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Centre Operation Managers
- Ensuring optimum utilisation of resources & co-ordination with other Departments
- Regular visits to the centers falling in the Region
- Responsible for putting students in the batches after Admission & their documentation
- To Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery
- Carry out student development activities
- Responsible for Organising Parents Teacher Meeting at Centres
- Should interact with all the students in batches and ensure complete student satisfaction at all levels
- Ensure timely certification of the students by coordination with Certification Team
- Controlling Slippage, Dropouts & Leakage at all levels
- Faculty Management & Rostering of the Region
- Ensuring excellent placement of students in the region
