Regional Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Position Summary: Responsible for leading a Regional Delivery team and ensure timely and accurate customer deliverables. Will oversee business growth within the region along with the resource planning and P&L

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

- Review customer proposals and estimates to plan and coordinate delivery activities.

- Ability to participate in technical discussions with the customer and internal stakeholders to define a good scope of work for all pipeline opportunities within the region

- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.

- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion with the help of Project Managers.

- Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.

- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.

- Manages resource management and succession planning for the region, tracking performance against targets.

- Demonstrates leadership across the region and is responsible for the effective people management of regional staff, including the development and coaching of direct reports.

- Serve as a primary escalation contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

- Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.

- Perform customer negotiations for good delivery rates and maintain profitability on projects across the region.

- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.

- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.

- Leads the regional team within a defined geography in the delivery of contract commitments and is responsible for the regional performance of operations and contract delivery.
