Regional Current Account Manager
- The role holder is responsible for executing current account business strategy for the region through in-depth engagement with branch/cluster/regional/zonal level leaders, thereby taking complete ownership of building a sustainable CA business for the region. He should be able to provide the necessary product support as required by the field team to deliver on defined objective of building a sustainable CA AMB book for his assigned geography.
- Accountable for building the overall CA book for the region
- Drive the solution-based CA hook strategy by providing necessary support to the filed in cross selling CMS, TFX, POS, Business Banking thereby ensuring sustainable CA AMB growth
- Tracks team's productivity across parameters and monitors daily business movement
- Responsible to maintain the quality of CA business in line with the stated organization and regulatory objectives
- Actively engage with branch leadership and drive the SME branch agenda under his assigned geography
- Catchment and market making and help build product features to suit market requirements
