Regional Credit Manager - Unsecured Loans - NBFC (7-10 yrs)
Position : Regional Credit Manager
Reporting : National Credit Manager
Location : Mumbai
Product : Unsecured Loan
Responsibilities:
General Accountability :
1) Managing a team of Branch credit managers, Credit Executives managers.
2) Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
3) Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
4) Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters portfolio.
5) Control on portfolio performance.
6) Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
7) Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met
8) Manage the team of Credit officers, Credit Admin and off roll staff
Desired Profile :
Qualifications - Graduate with 7+ years of work experience/ Post Graduate/Chartered Accountant
Experience - Minimum 6 Years of experience in Credit
- Experience in NBFC / Banking
- Knowledge of MS office
- Should have experience in underwriting Mortgage or Loan Against Property or SME segment of customers
Skill & Competencies :
- Good communication skills High on integrity
- Outgoing & Self motivated
- Ability to deal/manage data at all levels.
- Strong inter-personal skills
