Regional Credit Manager - Personal Loan

This is regarding job opportunity with one the leading bank for the position of Regional Credit Manager-Personal Manager.

Job Description-

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The primary purpose of the role is credit underwriting and risk management for Personal Loan.

- Appraise /recommend / approve proposals as per the delegation of authority.

- Monitor credit decisioning by the team develop & motivate the credit team.

- Review delinquent cases and document learning s / portfolio reviews for risk management.

- Conduct process audits Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.

- Establish and monitor vendors; maintain a pipeline for growth / attrition. Implement system integration plans.

- Assist the Risk Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets.
