Regional Credit Manager - Large Corporate - NBFC

Key Result Areas:

- Executing & underwriting proposals of fund based & non-fund based working capital & term loans for Emerging to Large Corporates (turnover from 100 to 2500 Cr)

- Leading various lending operations including appraising proposals, conducting risk analysis and scrutinizing relevant documents within the specified guidelines

- Managing detailed appraisal & approval of transactions of ticket size 25 Cr & above

- Engaging with customers at their business place and analysing their financial potentiality

- Taking prudent credit decision and sanctioning proposal based on available information & interactions with applicants

- Analysing credit quality, controlling delinquencies and mitigating frauds, thereby contributing in quality portfolio leading to profitability

- Follow up with sales team, account relationship team for documentation, limit set-up and renewal/review

- Joint monitoring of portfolio with account relationship team based on early warning systems

- Liaising with clients, external vendors and internal team for timely and smooth process

- Monitoring of portfolio on ongoing basis for early warning signals

- Monitoring economic & industrial developments as well as financial parameters of clients to detect potential risk triggers or signs of stress and taking appropriate steps to mitigate risks
