Regional Credit Manager - Emerging BFS Firm

- Lead a team of credit approvers to ensure portfolio quality and delinquencies. Drive the credit culture, underwriting quality in compliance with regulatory, policy and risk tolerance norms for the region.

- Facilitate faster deal closures through proactive participation in deal structuring and credit enhancement, striking a balance between business growth and portfolio quality.

- Develop good regional and local business intelligence network and provide insights and feedback for improvements in policies and processes
