Regional Credit Manager - CTG (Commercial Transportation Group)


1. Looking after credit underwriting for CTG loan product - Credit Appraisal Underwriting

2. Working out eligibility for FTU (feasibility based)

3. Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined product/policy guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities

4. Adherence to the accepted level of Turn Around Time (TAT) in processing of Loan files

5. Managing Credit vendors, if any, like FI, Valuation involved in the verification process

6. Co-ordinating with internal teams , Operations and Sales in terms of resolving the discrepancies in processing of loan files

7. Desired level of portfolio quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business target

8. Conducting Personal visits at customer place as necessary to understand business model, cash flows and overall profile

9. Regularly meet dealerships and sourcing channels

10. Sound knowledge understanding of local market and related to local area nuances

11. Work closely with the Zonal Credit Manager (ZCM) on day-to-day basis for proposal and portfolio related matters

12. Review of Underwriting process and provide necessary training inputs to internal Biz teams and Channels

13. To ensure Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) for Branch and Area is monitored and is well within the threshold

14. Handhold and train the teams in the respective territory on the new underwriting process
