Role- Regional Credit Head - Housing Loans

Job Description -

a) Home loan / secured loan Credit sanctioning, approval, policy adherence

b) Ensuring quality portfolio of Home Loans product.

c) Managing the Credit policies, portfolio, compliance etc

d) Manage direct team members

e) Ensure adherence to credit policies pertaining to housing loans are met

f) Candidates who have managed any Karnataka location can apply

Requirements : 

- If current role is ACM then 10 + years into Housing loans credit only.

- Experience purely into Housing Loan/ Mortgage Loan credit operations only

Location - Vacancy 1 Bangalore & 1 Hubli

Salary details: 

CTC can be offered Hubli-12 L /Pa-13 L/Pa

Bangalore - 15 L/Pa -16 L/Pa
