Hiring for Regional Head - Credit underwriting - PERSONAL LOAN - Delhi
Location : Delhi.
The broad JD for the RCM is underlined below as :
- Appraisal and approval of proposals including supervision of credit underwriters
- Manage the portfolio quality and ensure compliance to policy norms.
- Training of credit underwriters on Policy norms and provide proper inputs to Policy team for up gradation or improvement in Policy/process
- Need to take care of all the activities from sourcing to disbursement.
- Ability to manage team and ensure proper flow of process.
- Interaction with seniors for credit underwriting of files and ensure proper management of sourcing.
- Problem solving and ensure Customer centric approach to all issues.
1) The person should have extensive experience into credit underwriting.
2) The person should have worked on Personal Loan product.
3) Would be heading the region for credit analysis.
4) Should have handled Big Team.
