Regional Commercial Manager - FMCG (6-22 yrs)

Designation: Regional Commercial Manager

Job location : Hyderabad

Job Purpose:

The Regional accounts and administration manager is the guardian of the finance and stock related processes and policies in the entire region. With a team of able branch and account executives, regional account manager reporting into this position, the RCM will be hands on manager overlooking the entire gamut of financial activities.

Responsibility:

Accounts Responsible for:

- SAP General accounting system, financial accounting and reporting

- GL, Customer and Vendor Accounts Review and scrutiny

- All credit and financial policies, company systems and procedure implementation in respective region

- Statutory compliances with respect to VTA, TDS, sales tax and all labour compliances

- All legal matters in the region

- Trial balance review

- Timely closure of books of accounts- Month & Quarter

- Maintain assets and controls overhead

- Settlement of Customer claims and control local sales promotion cost

Operations- Responsible for :

- Effective & Cost effective delivery system for customer satisfaction

- Supply chain function and ensure correct billing as per Customer Order and Credit Policy

- Stock control & Hygiene - To maintain FIFO, Stacking Norms, Stock Ageing, Physical stock take and defective stock clearance

- Space Utilization

- Control freight cost

- Regional logistics and admin support

Requirements:

a) SAP FICO, SD hands on knowledge

b) Should have done sales accounting and distributor management in high thruput environment

c) Should be well versed with accounts side - independently do a Trail balance review, MIS reports, audits / compliance

d) Should have managed depots directly

e) Should be well versed with operations - billing, desp, inventory management, managing logistics vendors, loading and unloading teams, drivers etc

f) Should have worked on a sales facing role managing 300 + distributors 100 + sales team.

g) This is a service role so Should be able to carry team and other peers along - should be strong interpersonal skills -
