Regional Commercial Head - FMCG

- Develop and drive implementation of Business Process framework organization wide

- Facilitate and co-develop SOPs/Policies/Guidelines with the business owners

- Support in further rationalization of Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) that was already developed by Corporate Finance team and rationalized to an extent by IA and Statutory audit teams.

- RACM integration into the formalized SOPs /Policies/Guidelines

- Work closely with the Business Excellence and Corporate Finance teams to drive common projects when required.

- Socialize the Business Process framework + RACM models to enable the business owners to embed

- Customer negotiation, DSO forecasting, Credit control, GST OTC Lead

- Assessing risk and applying results to the prioritization of key change management projects and objectives including issue identification and execution of corrective action plans

- Administering numerous engagements encompassing scoping and risk assessment, process documentation, walkthroughs & control testing

- Identifying control deficiencies and associated risk; interfacing with stakeholders on possible remediation measures

- Creating/reviewing SOPs, administrative and financial procedures that addressed financial & operational risks

- Verifying information systems across organization and recommending controls to ensure data security, integrity and improvisation

- Ensuring all audit objectives are met while gathering and documenting sufficient evidence for supporting audit conclusion; communicating written audit results in a timely, comprehensive, and clear manner

- Complying with GAAP, IFRS, FEMA, and RBI regulations

- Controlling day-to-day operational risk management activities such as risk and controls assessments, incident capture and analysis, and scenario analysis and planning

- Ensuring that all financial reports have data integrity, using SAP ERP & reporting tools to expedite root cause analysis
