- Debt Collection &amp; Recovery at National Level. - Lead Collection for effective delinquency control at initial stage of default and arrest forward flow to 90+ delinquency. - Productivity parameter for resolution maintained at an average over 98%. - Initiate and uphold a trend of normalization in 31-60 delinquency to cure the delinquent pool and to minimize financial provisioning. - Average 90% resolution in 31-60 with 20% average normalization. - Set up and controlling early delinquency through inhouse Call center to increase resolution in fresh flows with strategic improvisation which confines collection cost. 80% average resolution; online payment initiation and proactive calling to restrict opening volume. - Assist 90+ portfolio in resolving high value cases by interacting at the customer as well as team level. - Provide early warnings and feedback to Management &amp; Credit function. Provide product specific inputs to Business team. - Manage customer grievance and represent organization at regulatory level (National Housing Bank). Grievance redressal on behalf of MD &amp; CEO. Manage Inbound and Outbound customer support call center activities. - Initiate and improve collection automation from process automation till collection app development to ease out collection activities &amp; compliance.
