Regional Collection Manager - SME - NBFC - North (6-8 yrs)
Managing the HL/ SME / Mortgage Portfolios in entire North India
- Handling the team of 10-12 Field Executives.
- Collection of all buckets cases. Responsible for Collection of Over dues and keeping the Over dues under control. Responsible of all Operation activities Related to FI & Collection.
- Initializing Strategies and Plans in order to control the Collection Costs, and Better Workforce utilization
- Analyzing data to field executive on daily basis. Tracking the proper follow-ups to be done.
- Reviewing the allocated portfolio with field executive on daily basis.
- Ensure consistency of the Collection portfolio to achieving Preset Collection targets for the month.
- Visits on high value & problematic customers
- Insuring proper training to all Collection Executive.
- Suggest suitable, effective and result oriented solution to the problem occurred on field or in office
- Maintaining the proper data of incentives & vouchers
