Regional Collection Head - Auto Loans

Job description :

- Must have good collection experience in Banking or Financial industry in Auto Loans.

- Responsible for managing & undertaking collections process for allocated debts.

- Track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise & focus on non-starters.

- Ensure adherence to collection process & legal guidelines.

- Leadership skills.

- Manage team of 5-10 personnel.

- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
