The Regional Manager would be expected to:
- Maintain operational efficiency across channels across the region
- Plan market visits & promotions at various pos
- Formulate competitor analysis through business intelligence
- Maintain customer relations and healthy channel partner commercials & nurture an effective team
Qualification: Graduate major in Business - MBA preferred
Experience :
- 9-12 years of sales experience
- General Trade/ Modern Trade/ Business Development experience in Foods and Beverages space is an advantage
- Shopper development and promotion planning at the point of sale
- Experience in the consumer industry preferable.
- Knowledge of large brand business / Luxury goods / Food & Beverages / Hospitality
The candidate is expected to have:
- Strong numerical and analytic skills
- Strong storytelling, planning, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and result oriented approach
