Overview/Purpose of the profile:-
Looking for high energy and self- driven candidate for the role of Regional Business Manager for our operations in Bihar and Orissa. The profile will entail building from scratch and scaling our operations in the new regions in these States. The role will play a key role in our expansion to newer geographies which is core to our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include the following but is not limited to:
- Understanding, following and ensuring adherence to company's SOPs as they relate to setting up, scaling and managing operations in branches;
- Surveying areas and recommending them for operations;
- Recruiting branch teams, training and mobilizing them using company collateral;
- Establishing and maintaining key service, collections and customer acquisition disciplines and KPIs
- Achieving the business plan for the Region, in particular the profitability target;
- Following and maintaining company culture in the Region;
- Establishing and maintaining performance accountability in the reporting teams;
- Coordinating between Regional staff and HO on exceptional matters affecting regional operations; and
- Acting and observing protocol as company's senior- most leader in the region.
Job Requirements
- Education Any Graduate, MBA desirable
- Experience Functional: 10+ years in process- driven Service/ Collections/ Sales Roles with at least 2- 3 years of experience of designing, implementing and ensuring compliance to processes. Exposure of handling a large multi- location team
Industry: Leadership experience in MFI/Telecom- DTH/Solar/ Consumer Durables
Regional: Odisha; Bihar. Rural experience important
