As Regional business manager person will responsible to handle geography of entire Mumbai &amp; Gujarat. 2. Candidate will responsible for managing consumables for the company. 3. Responsible for managing a team &amp; distributors. 4. Effective Coaching and mentoring of team members. 5. Relationship building and consultative selling to top 50 KOL's and 15 decision makers of the area every month. 6. Provide necessary coordination and approvals for administrative related activities such as attendance and leave. 7. Effectively manage, mentor and coach the team to perform and achieve sales targets 8. Responsible for for P&amp;L of assigned region. 9.
