Description - The objective will be to drive sales and achieve profitability targets of our client by managing stores' operations within the assigned geographical region together with delivering high quality service to customers

Client Details:

Our client is India's first and foremost name in luxury retail and has a 40 year old legacy in the market. It has one of the largest retail networks in the country and is present in almost all major cities.

Job Description:

1 Contribute to the development of retail strategy within the region and ensure its translation and alignment during its development and execution


2 Create and seek approval of all activities effecting the functional P&L like quarterly budgets, annual targets, expansion plan etc. for the regions from business heads


3 Develop and approve the annual business targets to the respective areas/ ABMs based on the sales targets driven by the corporate and develop store wise/ variant wise targets


4 Develop and approve manpower optimization strategies for the retail function


5 Provide approval on the annual plan proposed by the ABM on store expansion in new regions and renovation of existing store based on the annual targets approved by business


6 Approve the ROI projections for the new upcoming stores presented by the network expansion manager


7 Ensure and monitor the expansion of retail stores across the region as per the targets and propose countermeasures when required


8 Provide support and approve budgets to enable new stores in achieving their targets


9 Propose alternative options in case of deviations in the expansion plans


Profile :

1. 5-9 year experience in retail- preferably from a luxury background with store operations experience

2. MBA in sales & marketing preferably from tier 1/2 institutes

3. Strong interpersonal communication skills and business acumen

4. Experience with working with large teams

5. Currently based out of/willing to relocate to Mumbai
