Regional Business Manager - Critical Care - Injectable Antibiotic

Purpose of the Role - Increase the business in the assign region of (Kolhapur,Solapur,Latur,Sangli,Satara,Karad,Ratnagiri,Goa) by driving the team of Area managers and Business Executives.

Area of Coverage (Kolhapur,Solapur,Latur,Sangli,Satara,Karad,Ratnagiri,Goa)

Job Location - Kholhapur

1. Handling a team BE (Business Executives)

2. Responsible for Business Achievement for their assigned Head Quarters.

3. Meet the doctors (along with their BE - if required) to introduce the company brand.

4. Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales.

5. Giving Induction/Training to new BE in their Head Quarter.

6. Maintain good relation with Stockists & Chemists.

7. Can look for inject-able antibiotic products.
