Our client is a leading Beverage company headquartered in Mumbai, Looking to Hire a Regional Business Head based in Bangalore.
- MBA with 10+ years of experience in FMCG/Food & Beverages
- In-depth understanding of the sales network and territory exposure
- Excellent People Management skills
- Expertise in GT/MT and Horeca
- To manage all sales related activities and ensures regular market of products with consistent growth as per assigned targets
- Champion the business planning process to develop sales professionals, drive results, and improve performance through a prospective and analytical approach
- Implement the monthly sales plan by outlet and follow up the execution on a daily basis
- Use data analysis to support business planning in the medium to long-term and monitors performance against budgets
- Ensures new acquisitions/ listing of products at all trade channels
- Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the company
- To strategize in line with the company's growth objective and assume end to end responsibility of the assigned territory or region.
