Regional Business Head - Sales - eCommerce

We have an opening as a Regional Business Head with one of our Ecommerce Company.

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- We are looking for a result-driven Reginal Business Head to manage the P&L of our Western Region Distribution business.

- The individual will have primary responsibility for managing the business throughput of entire West Region focusing both on Sales & Ops growing Top Line & Bottom Line across multiple cities in West.

- The individual is expected to recruit, train & manage the sales & ops team and will be responsible for P&L, revenues and best in class customer experience for the Region.

- The individual is expected to coordinate with sourcing and operations team which would be responsible for starting projects. Needs to coordinate with accounts and finance team to understand regulatory requirements during onboarding of clients.

Responsibilities:

- Directly responsible for achieving the P&L targets for the Region

- Work with senior management in defining Brand experience, sales strategy and work on the execution plan based on the defined strategy

- Work closely with the operations team to streamline day to day Customer / Brands requirements

- Sound Knowledge to managing Operations is equally important

- Build, Lead and manage the Account Management and Sales team for achievement of sales targets and reach as per the plan

- Maintain healthy relations with clients both Brands & Retailers for Win Win

- Conduct Periodic review on the Progress of Business health
