Role & Responsibility : 1) Set clear and Challenging goals for self and team in line with BU level goals. 2) Lead the team to follow processes to achieve the set goals. 3) Build a sales plan in alignment with Marketing strategies. Ensure implementation of the business plan, review teams process and manage contingencies. 4) Build and maintain a sustainable relationship with all the stakeholders. 5) Create and manage a high-performance team and act as role model. 6) Analyze team performance gaps. Ankle to provide coaching and development opportunities to the team to overcome performance gaps. Desired Profile : 1) Should have good customer connect (Uro and Nephro) in respective geography. 2) Should possess substantial therapy and territory knowledge. 3) Should be proficient in handling the team.
