We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our regional business operations in Bangalore. If you have a strong technical background and a proven track record in industrial B2B sales, this role is for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads

- Meet and engage potential customers to convert leads into business

- Travel within the assigned region for business development activities

- Follow up on meetings, proposals, and leads consistently

- Secure new orders and renew existing contracts

- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (travel expenses reimbursed)

Experience Required:

- 3 to 7+ years in industrial or technical sales

- Experience in laser machinery or capital equipment preferred

Educational Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering

- MBA or BBM preferred for candidates with a business development focus

Key Skills:

- Technical understanding of laser cutting and industrial applications

- Strong knowledge of industrial segments and buyer behavior

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Highly motivated, target-driven, and solutions-oriented

- Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language
