Regional Business Head - IT

We are HReSource, a leading executive search firm. We provide services to various leading IT Industry players.

Designation: Regional Business Head

Experience: 15-22 Years

Base Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities:

1. The candidate will be responsible for sales, delivery and operations for the region.

2. Will be handling the vertical sales team for the region for WST/ ITS/ CRG etc and responsible for the target achievement for all LOBs

3. Will be responsible for overall revenue achievement and C Sat for the east region.

Role requirement

1. 15-22 yrs of exp in sales in account management and team lead roles.

2. Good customer interaction skills, team handling skills and account management skills

3. Should have handled large numbers in terms of sales, preferably a region independently
