Job Title: Regional Business Head
Location: Bangalore(based on experience)
Work Type: Full-time | On-site with regular regional travel
Job Description:
We are hiring a Regional Business Head to drive B2B sales of industrial machinery in Bangalore and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical or capital equipment sales and be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new B2B leads
- Meet clients and convert leads into sales
- Follow up on meetings, proposals, and opportunities
- Secure new orders and manage renewals
- Travel within the region for business development
Requirements:
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in industrial or capital equipment sales (laser machinery preferred)
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- MBA or BBM is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (travel expenses reimbursed)
