Position : Regional Business Head - West Region (Covering Maharashtra &amp; Goa) Location : Mumbai Job Description : - To strategize in line with the company's growth objective and assume end to end&nbsp;responsibility of the assigned territory or region. - Maintain and expand customer base building and maintaining rapport with&nbsp;channel partners, key customers; identifying new customer opportunities - To manage all sales related activities and ensures regular market of products&nbsp;with consistent growth as per assigned targets - Implement the monthly sales plan by outlet and follow up the execution on a&nbsp;daily basis - Ensures the full use of available shelf-space and POSM to expand our customer&nbsp;base. - Reports on competitors' activities and provides market feed-back on new&nbsp;products, prices changes, new launches, etc. - Ensures new acquisitions/ listing of products at all trade channels - Implement marketing campaigns &amp; evaluate the success on monthly basis on&nbsp;execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc. - Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the company Candidate Specification : - MBA with 10+ years of experience in FMCG/ Food &amp; Beverages - Must have an exposure covering entire West Region or Maharashtra - Fluency in Spoken English is must
