Regional Business Head - Financial Services Startup (9-15 yrs)
Regional Business Head (West region) for one of the fastest growing start-ups funded by a leading global PE firm. The start-up is looking to establish their financial services platform.
We are looking for a high energy new business hunter focusing on sourcing new clients within Territory. A strong communicator, able to communicate strategic information such as market intelligence, key customer data, competitive analysis and pricing information to internal constituencies.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Work closely with the business development team to identify, cultivate, pursue, negotiate and close new opportunities within a given account portfolio
2. Prospect evaluation, coverage and development across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
3. Achieve assigned territory quota for signings and revenue plans
4. Research territory and assigned accounts to identify market opportunities and trends.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with C- level executives to identify needs, educate, and influence solution strategy.
6. Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements and needs.
7. Develop and Deploy an operational model.
Preferred industry for the role would be BFSI.
