We have been retained by our client, a well established, professionally managed NBFC (Non Banking Finance Company), to identify a Regional Business Head
Job Role :
- Responsible for developing business strategies & managing sales team in order to achieve set sales target & revenues.
- Responsible for P & L of the region
- Plan, organise, direct and control education loan business .
- Business generation through Direct Sourcing & Connector Channel Assess market conditions
- Define, recommend, implement and monitor Education loan business strategy in order to gain and sustain the company's competitive edge and results.
- Implement strategies to grow net revenues and endorse cost effectiveness and efficiency.
- Motivating and driving the team to achieve their monthly and annual targets allotted to them, and in terms achieving personal targets as well
