Hiring Regional Business head for a premium bathroom and sanitary ware brand in Dubai. Prefer candidates with similar experience in the glass, ceramic, paint, and building materials industries
JOB PROFILE :
- To establish the company as a well-known brand in the region and to oversee the complete business operation of the UAE region.
- Complete P&L responsibility and drive both the top line and profitability KRAs for the region as mutually discussed and agreed.
- Responsible to gather market intelligence and competitors activities
- Develop business in project segment by developing projects clientele & seize new projects
- To locate interior and architectural designers who work on projects and build strong relationships with them and their associates in order to promote brand products and obtain brand specifications from specifiers.
- To keep customers list up to date & prepare Market Coverage Plan for every month keeping in mind the Business Priorities.
- Analyze market trends and provide valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning of sales and marketing strategies.
- Take personal ownership of top customers of the region.
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company
- Closing successfully the leads already available and further creating & closing new business opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding business performance and macro economical developments in the region.
- Ensure excellency in customer care services across the region.
- Manage, Review, Build and continuously develop the team .
- Plan and set targets for each month for each employee and review their achievement week wise
- Set personal examples before the team
- Develop team and bring out 100 % productivity from each team member
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Related industry experience in UAE region
- Must have worked extensively in winning projects and shall have established contacts with Builders, architects, leading ME developers etc
- Must have handled channel partners with a view to support them to improve their business.
- Experience in channel management & development across Retail, B2C & B2B vertical in building material industry (Preferably)
- At least 5 years senior-level experience of management of people, resources
- Commercial knowledge and knowledge on detailed functional procedures & local Rules related to Exports / Imports is critical.
- Must have handled large teams in present & previous jobs
- Valid UAE Driving license.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 15 Years Plus relevant experience in UAE atleast 5-7 Years senior level leadership experience of people management, resources & markets, Shall be well versed with the UAE Markets
QUALIFICATION: MBA / Equivalent.
LANGUAGE : Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage
