White col or unique talent. Who can lead the total team from the front, can excel the image building process for clients.

KPI

- Meeting decision maker in lieu of Business development, attend business meet across domestic & international market to download about the Services, ROI, Mission, Vision of the company.

- Attending Seminar, conference, Business meet, Reward function, Trade shows etc across globe.

- Strategies event & reward program to boost up motivate internal & external stake holders.

- Conceive requirement of the client & frame in the innovative creative input & share with the Production & Sales Team.

- Domestic & International travel is must.

- Team handling & leadership capability is mandatory.

- Sustainability.
