Regional Business Head - BFS (6-17 yrs)
Sales & Business Development:
- Executing marketing plans in tune with the business plans in secured business loan, Mortgage Loan, thereby achieving profitability.
- Organizing sales promotion activities to build-up strong customer relationship with the existing clients & introducing them to prospective customer to explore greater market/ business volumes.
Collections:
- Reviewing delinquent accounts to control recovery operations for delinquent customer & proper documentation. Handling high value cases / defaulters / insolvent clients.
- Identifying probable risks by conducting audits of existing revenue streams and implementing corrective measures to mitigate the same. Creating & implementing workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas and issues.
Client Relationship Management:
- Assessing client feedback and evaluating areas of improvements for evolving effective means of service providence, thereby generating revenue through potential business leads.
- Identifying prospective clients from varied business sectors to source business transactions.
Team Management:
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets.
- Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members.
- Must have experience into secured business loan.
