Key Responsibilities :
Branch Assessment and monitoring (On Site): This includes :
- Branch assessment checklist : Tool comprehensive assessment checklist : Includes operational hygiene, adherence to processes related to third party products, customer onboarding, regulatory compliance, Accounts and reconciliation, Service quality, High risk areas, ATM & CCTV review, FI & Retail Asset products and services.
- Assessment Rating, Report Issuance & Issue Tracking: Holistic assessment of branches across operations and service parameters, active engagement with branch teams, Report issuance, Issue tracking, monitoring & escalation.
- Periodic engagement and updates : Monthly engagement with business on branch health, highlight critical observations, highlight open issues and observations at branch level and plan for resolution, punitive action on recurring defaulters
- Performance parameters and Control KPIs: Focus on high risk transactions at branches, prioritize branches with poor score card, imparting training on new processes and new initiatives, provide clarifications on processes and procedures, provide input to BCRM team on critical observations, responsible for ensuring - Satisfactory- audit rating.

Review and monitor specific transactions in branches to ensure first level control and adherences in day to day functioning, this includes :
