- Team Mentoring: Ensuring that the team is well equipped with Technical Knowledge. Do business planning with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the planning. Driving your team to achieve monthly targets.
- Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Partners / CIA / POSP, Partner activation & Product Sales are met on a month-on-month basis.
- Team Review: Motivate team to follow Sales process & review it on regular interval.
- Relationship Handling: Maintaining healthy relationship with third party including AMC, Insurance companies, etc.
- Branch Compliance: Ensuring that the branch compliances are followed in co-ordination with the Head office.
- Area to handle : Chandigarh & whole Punjab
Experience : Min 15 Years
Preferred industry : BFSI (Agency Channel)
