Regional BD Manager - Institutional Sales - BFSI (6-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for meeting up and developing institutional relationships.
Major Deliverables:
Meeting up with institutions across the region to enable a longer-term relationship for enabling sales platforms amongst their employees for our product range
Signing up MOUs with institutions for enabling the above platforms
Coordinating with the sales teams for specific products, services, solutions for each institution
Coordinating between housing finance, forex, along with the retail business to sell multiple products;
Ensuring that training to institutional implants, CRE's etc is of the right level, and managing quality control around the same
Responsible for sales target in such institutions
Develop regional Market budgets for the same
Pitch institutional activities for various Product / verticals internally for budget and manpower allocation
Prepare internal regional sales teams for institutional activities
Functional & Behavioral Competencies
Strong flair for relationship and institutional sales
Networking Skills
Good understanding of regional Market and industry players
Sound Understanding of Sales and credit process
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Desired : Graduation
Preferred :MBA in Sales & Mrktg
Desired Experience: 6 to 10 years
