Exp: 7-9 Years WHAT YOU WILL DO : - This role entails the management and coordination of the agenda and business in the region. - As a RPAAM AP you will work closely with the leadership and management of the practice (primarily with the PIPE Regional Practice Area Leader (RPAL) in AP, the Global Practice Management Senior Director (GPMSD), senior stakeholders from businesses and systems as well as the practice's management and operations team), ensuring that all PA activities in the region run smoothly. - You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and all the processes that this involves (business development and planning, commercialization activities, marketing &amp; communications, meetings, budgeting &amp; reporting, and support in people related topics such as developing and driving a clear view of talent pyramid and pipeline, affiliation and diversity). YOU ARE GOOD AT - Being a thought partner to the RPAL in agenda setting, plan conception and execution. Providing ad hoc support to RPAL, system nodes and other key stakeholders in the region - Leading the implementation of the RPAL's action plan to develop the region (driving initiatives, becoming the go-to person for key practice members and beyond with regard to the regional PIPE agenda) - Support business development efforts in the region by cooperating with the Sector managers as well as PIPE Knowledge Team - Support marketing &amp; communication efforts in alignment with PIPE and local marketing teams - Being the key interface to the global practice management &amp; operations and representing the practice's regional interest and synchronizing the efforts at the interface of regions and other industry and functional practice areas - Performing regular financial analyses/reporting - Planning and executing regional PA meetings as well as connecting with other Industry PA's to represent PIPE topics on their regional meetings - Support global and regional PA projects YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS) - Advanced degree with high academic achievements, ideally in business administration or similar - 7-9 years relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm strongly preferred - Experience as a consultant or professional in, or knowledge of, business management, consulting, Principal Investors. Private Equity other equivalent areas is a plus - Proactive, creative, thinking outside the box, self-starter, highly solution-oriented - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Rigorous and analytical approach to the different subjects, notably planning and reporting - Strong interpersonal skills, conveying a positive personal and professional image, able to engage all levels of seniority - Able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, and service-oriented environment with people at all organizational levels - Collaborative team player - Able to respect all the client/employee information as personal and confidential - Good organizational skills and effective management skills to manage multiple parallel tasks, ability to set priorities and tolerate ambiguity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Proficient in Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint YOU WILL WORK WITH In this position, you will be part of PIPE PA management &amp; operations team (PA M&amp;O), working closely with the Global Practice Management Senior Director (GPMD), the AP PIPE RPAL and his leadership team as well as the PIPE PA M&amp;O team.
