Regional Activation Role - Marketing - FMCG (1-14 yrs)
- Be responsible for achieving Sales targets from Activations across Corporates, Societies, Schools, Chemists & other channels across West/ North region.
- Manage execution for all Activation & trial generation activities like Corporate Activation events, Chemist Activation programs, School contact program, Society Activation etc for West Region
- Coordination with Sales & distribution teams to ensure availability of Stocks during activation, proper selection of outlets, Corporates, clinics, societies & day-to-day running of activities
- Generate new leads for Corporate & Society activations, following up on new leads for Activation events, cold calling & generating new leads
- Supervise team of Nutritionists / Promoters involved in Activations in the region, monitor performance, manager incentive schemes, ensure proper hiring, & training as per requiremet
- Vendor & Partner management
- Coordination & monitoring performance of Activation agencies, negotiating new contracts and ensuring good business relation
- Managing Activation budgets & costs
