Job Description
The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for:
- Owning a portfolio of 20+ strategic accounts to the size of $3M in the India and APAC region
- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients
- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
Profile
The candidate would report to the Global Head for Account Management and should have/be:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side
- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
- Good experience in managing strategic/global accounts
