Regional Academic Excellence Lead (South India)

This role will be based in Bangalore and will be responsible for managing entire South India.

The role will include :

- Designing and monitoring processes to track execution and academic progress across schools.

- Leading a team of academic managers

- Acting as a liaison between central and field teams to increase impact in classrooms

- Coaching and mentoring the team in building their ability to service all schools.

- Build relationship with senior leadership of the schools

To fit the bill, you must have a Strong Academic Background followed by Building Academic Curriculum for non-traditional schools and should have worked with an education company in providing leadership and academic excellence.

Additionally, you must have:

- 12+ years of total work experience with at least 5 years in the education sector

- Experience in - K-12- segment is a must have

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams

- Ability and flexibility to travel

- Very strong academic background

- Excellent people management skills. Should have managed a team of 40 people

- Leadership skills to hire, coach and manage a team
