Region HSEQA Manufacturing Manager

As the Region HSEQA Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance functions for manufacturing operations across the region. You will work closely with the manufacturing leadership team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance policies, procedures, and programs

- Work closely with the manufacturing leadership team to ensure that all manufacturing operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company standards.

- Ensure that manufacturing sites have the necessary systems and controls in place to identify and manage health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance risks.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of manufacturing sites to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance policies and procedures.

- Coordinate and support incident investigations and root cause analyses, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations, to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance roles.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs related to health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance.

- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to manufacturing health, safety, environment, quality, and assurance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Experience managing and leading teams.

- Flexible for Travel across locations
