Our client is a Tier 1 MNC company. It's a Trade Sales (P&L) profile. We are looking for candidates who having good exposure into Channel Sales.

Position - Region Head South + West (P&L Role).

Base Location - Bangalore.

Education - MBA from Tier 1 B School is must.

Work Exp - 15Yrs+

Profile - P&L Profile. Functions like - General Trade, Modern Trade, Trade Marketing etc will report into this leader.

Candidate Profile - Candidates from FMCG Industry Only, with 15Yrs+ work experience into FMCG Sector, education from Tier 1 MBA College. Candidate should have been working as RSM from minimum 3 Years+ and ability to handle a large team.

Job Profile:-

- To formulating Sales strategies to (a) drive top line growth in domestic market and prepare innovative plans to achieve higher value realization (b) for brand management, evaluation and market promotion strategies, for various existing / new products.

- The key deliverables include the Topline, EBIDTA and Market Share objectives for the organization.

- Defining the overall sales strategy, accessing opportunity areas and gaps. Developing roadmap for the sales organization.

- Develop sales plans, strategies and policies with a view to increase/sustain market share and profitability.

- Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and stockiest.

Sales strategy development:

- Identifying avenues of growth, liaising with different functions to be aligned on the growth area, ensuring timelines are met & bringing everyone on board.

- Responsible for developing key business strategies, assessing current opportunities & gaps & developing tools to address them.

- Responsible for identifying & driving growth levers.

Driving Digitization:

- Chalking out implementation plan for DMS, SFA and retailer app and rolling out to respective stakeholders, ensuring full adoption and usage, accommodating additional required changes to make a robust product for facilitating smooth everyday operations.

- Facilitate smooth digital transformation of Business by aligning projects and operations with multiple stakeholders.

Channel Development and Tracking:

- Creating reporting formats and dashboards for tracking key KPIs and circulating to relevant stakeholders, develop metrics for specific key campaigns and promotions to measure success of same.

- Defining future channel structure & driving distributor ROI. Scheme Management for higher sales and penetration in market.

- Study market and proactively keep track of competition products, pricing, key activities and new launches through market contact plans for self and team. Assess impact of such activities and coordinate with Central teams to plan and execute responses.
