The Job:

- You will head the geographically dispersed West Region with a combination of locations, businesses and consumer preferences.

- You will lead a young and dynamic team in the organisation's quest for leadership through innovation and customer satisfaction.

- The role carries complete strategic and operational charge with full responsibility for topline growth and bottom-line targets.

- You will report to the CEO

Your Profile:

- A highly energetic and dynamic individual who thinks innovatively and relishes challenges.

- Ideally an MBA from a reputed business school, you must have 20+ years of sales, marketing and general management experience in a consumer facing organisation, preferably in the services sector.

- You must have a demonstrated track record of success in building and sustaining businesses in a keenly competitive environment. The position requires hands-on leadership and with a high degree of involvement.

- Ideal candidates would have experience in the Media, Telecom or Consumer finance sectors
