Roles and Responsibilities : - Coordinating with Tax auditors for filing of Tax audit reports of group companies. - Preparation of computation of income and filing of IT returns for group companies. - Analyzing and reporting various non compliances as per Income Tax Provisions during Tax audit. - Knowledge of ICDS and its impact of the same while computing Taxable Income. - Reviewing the various provisions under DTAA required for filing of Form 15CA & 15CB in case of foreign remittance. - Preparation, coordination & drafting replies to Income Tax authorities. - Filing Form 35 and Form 36 of clients in front of the appellate authorities. - Analyzing the books of accounts to reconcile the accounting treatment vs. tax treatment for various ledger balances. - Calculation of TDS/TCS liability on monthly basis for group companies based on Income Tax provisions. - Filing of TDS/TCS quarterly returns including corrections/rectifications and generating form TDS certificates for the same on quarterly. - Applying lower/Nil deduction certificates under the Income Tax Act. - Preparation of Tax related MIS reports and sharing with management on monthly basis. Desired Profile : - CA with 0 - 1 years of financial due diligence work experience, Assurance, Finance, Tax, Accounts, etc. - Understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, U.S. GAAP accounting standards, financial concepts, etc. - Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.), Word and PowerPoint skills. - Strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
