Position Responsibility - We are looking for someone with good experience in handling OEM and distributor and dealers market for refrigerant gas business. Position Responsibilities - - Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase sales and Marketing in India and overseas. - Responsible for driving the OEM business for direct selling. - Able to achieve sales targets monthly as well as annually. - Head the sales division and manage the entire sales team to achieve the target. - Responsible for managing the sales team, motivate and drive them to achieve the set target. - Supporting the sales team and guiding them whenever required. - Need to create new customers and to increase sales volume. - Establish the brand name by capturing market position. - Market segmentation and meeting the target. - Build relationships with media and stakeholders to create market penetration - Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary - Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly - Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics on monthly meetings - Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth - Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events Desired Profile - Any degree with 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing of refrigeration gas. - Should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil and English - Should have good market knowledge about OEM and International market. - Positive person and target oriented approach in nature. - Business acumen and flexible in nature. - Willing to travel
