Job Description: - Working with the financial institutions to raise funds includes equity and debt. - Working with corporate investing in Renewable and corporate assets - Work on debt syndication transactions - Understand the debt requirements and work on proposals for various investors, which include Public and Private sector banks and NBFCS - Tracking financial and operational performance ongoing basis - Closely interact with the sales and credit team on various deals. - Making new connection in Debt / lender space. - Raise the fund, build a long-term relationship. - Preparing investment memorandum, collection of debt document. - Represent group to the financial institutions Desired Profile: - MBA finance / CA with 5 years of experience in the Renewable industry preferred - Strong in fundraising skills. - Excellent communication in Hindi and English - Should have good knowledge of project finance. - Strong investment analytical skill required.
