Business Executive Assistant - IIM / IIT from Consulting Background Position Summary : This position performs provides assistance to high-level executives within a company and is often trusted with complex duties and sensitive information. Business strategy formulation, creating and developing ideas to realisation, restructuring and business growth. Ideal candidate should be an IIM graduate who has good experience from a consulting company. Position Responsibility : - Act as an advisor to the Business leader and help senior management team - Assist the Business leader in facilitating effective business-making - Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data and making business recommendations - Creating systems and process to streamline operations, which includes updating dashboard for reviewing key performance indicators - Help him in Business meeting, travel and planning - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and report the business performance - Coordinate the execution of strategic business initiatives and participate in regular meeting with Business leaders to discuss potential staffing issues - Assuming day-to-day responsibility of the projects and tasks, which includes setting leader's strategic priorities and managing leaders time - Performs a variety of executive support task that are highly confidential and sensitive - Researches, complies, assimilates and prepares confidential and sensitive documents and briefs - Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports; makes preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents; handles some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials - Produces a variety of documents, charts and graphs in final form - Plans and coordinates arrangements for professional conferences; reviews, proofreads and edits documents Position Experience and Qualification : - Minimum of 3-6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree / Engineering with MBA - Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail - Highly-developed communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal savvy - Results/action-orientation; project management skills - Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust - Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Office - Familiarity in basic research methods and reporting techniques - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities - Integrity and confidentiality.
