Refex Group - Business Analyst - Digital Transformation (1-4 yrs)
Position Business Analyst - Digital Transformation
Qualification Required: B.Sc. OR B. Tech - in Computer Science/Information Technology
Preferred: M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology OR MBA in Information System
Work Experience :
- Overall IT experience of 3-5 years (with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst) in major product or service based IT firms
- Experience in charting (including wireframing among other such responsibilities)
- Experience in performing gap analysis and change management exercises
- Experience in technical documentations such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) among other such documents
Key competencies :
- Communication abilities in English, both verbal and written
- Interpersonal and consultative abilities are required
- Basic knowledge of development technologies and databases to make better business decisions
- A thorough understanding of development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of the IT environment as a whole, including information flows, applications and infrastructure, and IT roadmaps
Job Description :
- Develop expertise with end-to-end business processes, existing software applications and structure
- Work closely with decision makers in the different business lines to develop in-depth technology requirements for application and data strategies
- Understanding, structuring, detailing, and validating the requirements to ensure a suitable end-to-end solution for the user departments
- Document the technology and product requirements and build use cases using the appropriate method for the user departments and business lines
- Clearly communicate processes, potential solutions, and use-cases through documentation, designs sketches/wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and visuals
- Assist the digital transformation team with development and solutions to assure that solutions, designs and developed applications adequately reflect requirements - bringing in user departments' representatives as appropriate
- Work as a part of the digital transformation team to ensure technology applications are released on time
