Job Description: - Responsible for understanding the need of the company and automate the process. - Identify the process which can be automated and made easy for the smooth running of the business. - Requirement gathering from the department, analyze and recommend software accordingly. - Identify vendors for automation tools and negotiate rates. - Evaluate the automation software and recommend it to the management. - Act as a single point of contact for implementing the tools or software. Desired Profile : - BE with an MBA with 4 yrs of experience in digitalization and automation of the process. - Excellent communication skill - Good understanding of software tools - Should have project management skills & vendor management skills - Should be able to manage projects and tasks assigned - Task-oriented, Innovative and good at managing multiple projects
